Two Daphne residents were arrested last week in connection with a robbery of a Foley Dollar General.
According to a release from the Foley Police Department, 22-year-old Arnold Gillard and 28-year-old John Matthew Oshinski will be charged with first degree robbery.
Foley Police allege the pair robbed the Dollar General near the intersection of Satsuma Avenue and Highway 59 in Foley.
At approximately 2 p.m., investigators said a man brandished a semi-automatic handgun and fled with cash and other items. According to investigators, he walked out of the store and entered the passenger side of a gray pickup truck.
Foley Police said they were able to recover the gun used in the robbery as well as the items that had been stolen.
