GCOF Reserve at Daphne, L.L.C., Joseph Lazzari, Landon Conaway & Tania Lazzari propose a 138-lot subdivision consisting of 73.31 acres +/-, zoned, RSF-2, Single Family District, Baldwin County District 15, in the Extraterritorial Planning Jurisdiction, pending rezoning by Baldwin County to a PRD, Planned Residential Development, located north of the intersection of County Road 64 and Montelucia Way.
