MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Lisa Corneille, a single woman, to United States of America, acting through the Rural Housing Service, USDA, f/k/a the Farmers Home Administration, dated March 22, 1994, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Baldwin County, Alabama, in Book 0563, Page 1237.
