NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated May 18, 2015, executed by Marian Lami, an unmarried woman, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Advance Mortgage & Investment Company, Inc., which mortgage was recorded on May 29, 2015, in Instrument No. 1515464, and re-recorded on June 9, 2015, in Instrument No. 1517407, of the mortgage records in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Baldwin County, Alabama, which mortgage was, duly transferred and assigned to Pingora Loan Servicing, LLC , notice is hereby given that pursuant to law and the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned will sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Main entrance to the Baldwin County Courthouse at Bay Minette, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on November 15, 2018, the following described real estate, situated in Baldwin County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 13, Meriwood Subdivision as recorded on Slide File 1606-B in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Baldwin County, Alabama.
