NOTICE Whereas default has been made in the terms of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, applicable to Osprey Landing, dated February 25, 2005 and recorded at Instrument Number 872607, and as otherwise supplemented and amended of record, all in the Office of the Probate Judge of Baldwin County, Alabama; and default for nonpayment by Stanley Lynn and Lisa Lynn is continuing, Osprey Landing Homeowners Association, Inc., Lienholder under said documents as set forth in Lien recorded as Instrument Number 1445271 in said Office, acting under power of sale contained in said Declaration, will sell at auction for cash to the highest bidder in front of the main entrance of the Baldwin County Courthouse in Bay Minette, Alabama during legal hours of sale on the 27th day of April, 2017, the following described real estate in Baldwin County, encumbered by such lien: Lot 20, Osprey Landing, according to map or plat thereof recorded on Slide 2201-D of the records in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Baldwin County, Alabama, together with the Limited Common Element identified as Boat Slip F the ownership of which is appurtenant to the ownership of said lot.
