ROBERTSDALE, Alabama — The Robertsdale United Methodist Church Scholarship Committee formally announced the scholarship winners during its annual graduate recognition service. Two scholarship funds, the Robertsdale United Methodist Church Scholarship and the Heflin-Massey Memorial Scholarship totaling $3,000, were presented to recipients (from left) Leah Calvert, Chance Walters, Brittany Kingston and Joseph Hadaway; presented by RUMC associate minister for youth Garrett Bearden. The RUMC Scholarship Program was formed with the purpose to provide financial assistance to students pursuing a post secondary education. Scholarship funds are made possible through donations from RUMC members and friends. The RUMC Scholarship Committee would like to thank those that generously contribute and support the mission of the RUMC Scholarship Program.
