SUMMERDALE. Ala.— The Summerdale 12-u boys basketball team, the only undefeated 12-u boys basketball team in their league, won the 12-u boys basketball championship on Feb. 18 defeating St. Patrick's in Foley.

“These boys worked super hard and came a long way this season,” said a team spokesperson.

The team was coached by head coach Louis Nero, and assistant coaches Kevin Hawsey and Keith Fralick. The team members in alphabetical order are Trey Adams, Nathan Deese, Jarred Fralick, Noah Givens, Payton Hawsey, Blake Hodges, Kolton Nero, Ethan Olsen and Perry Thompson.
