Baldwin Tractor & Equipment to host open house

ROBERTSDALE, Alabama — When Dan Middleton took over ownership as the local Kubota dealer in Baldwin County in 2002, one of the first things he did was to host an open house in appreciation to his customers.

“It’s really as much about customer appreciation as about offering sales,” Middleton said. “We want to keep our customers happy and keep them coming back. It’s all about service after the sale.”

Middleton learned a lot about customer service in the 10 years he operated a rental company before purchasing the Kubota franchise, located at 22463 Alabama 59 in Robertsdale. He remains one of the few locally owned Kubota dealers in the country.

“I’m very thankful to be here in Baldwin County,” he said. “It’s a great place to live and we have some of the best customers around.”

On March 8 and 9, Middleton’s dealership, Baldwin Tractor & Supply, will continue the tradition of holding open house. Hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The business is open on those hours Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.

There will be prize drawing giveaways on both days. You don’t have to be present to win. Just sign up at the dealership from now until the prizes are drawn.

The dealership is also offering zero percent interest financing for 48 months on zero-turn mowers and a special offer of a free blower with the purchase of a zero-turn mower.

Discounts are also being offered for veterans and retired military, police officers, firefighters, first responders and EMTs, with a valid proof of service.

Each day around noon, the dealership will offer lunch for customers, including hamburgers, hotdogs and sausage dogs grilled on site, chips, sides and desserts with a drink, all free of charge.

Baldwin Tractor & Equipment is part of the Kubota Tractor Corporation.

Kubota Corporation introduced its first tractor to the United States in 1969. Kubota Tractor Corporation was formed in 1972 with headquarters in Grapevine, Texas, with additional headquarters in Gainesville and Jefferson, Georgia, and Lincolnshire, Illinois.

KTC boasts 1,100 dealerships throughout the United States. Baldwin Tractor & Supply was one of the first dealerships to be designated an Elite Dealer, offering certified sales and service technicians and mechanics.

They offer a full line of zero-turn mowers and small tractors, along with utility vehicles and construction equipment. Middlton also offers a full line of rental equipment through Robertsdale Rent-All.
