Bettye Winters Floyd, age 83, a resident of Gulf Shores, Alabama, passed away June 9, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Jon and Scott.
Bettye is survived by her husband of 61 years, Wade C. Floyd; daughter, Stacey Floyd, both of Gulf Shores; son, Jeff (Laura) Floyd of Abbeville, Louisiana; sister, Mary Newsome of Gulf Shores; two grandsons, Jon and Camp; four granddaughters, Betty, Carson, Kirby, and Cree; two great-grandchildren, Carver and Chase; nieces and nephews; relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held from the Mausoleum Chapel of Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham, Alabama on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 10:30 a.m.
Visitation was held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, in Foley, Alabama on June 11, 2017 at 2 p.m.
