SPANISH FORT, Alabama — A Bon Secour woman was killed Saturday in a single-vehicle crash on U.S. 31 near Spanish Fort.
According to a release issued Monday by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, 31-year-old Allie Elizabeth Harcrow of Bon Secour was pronounced dead at the scene when the 2008 Nissan Altima she was driving ran off the road and struck an embankment. The crash occurred on U.S. 31, approximately 4 miles northeast of Spanish Fort.
Troopers with the ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division are investigating the crash.
