Candy Etta Bousson, age 72, a resident of Montrose, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2019.

She was one of the developers of Over the Bay Condominiums in Point Clear.

She was owner of Marketplace in Daphne and had an interior design business. Candy designed and decorated countless houses in the Southeast.

She is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob" Bousson of Montrose; daughter, Bronwyn McKay Puckett and her husband, Todd, of Fairhope and their three children, Madison, Macy and Anne Brooks; son, Stillman Lyons Bousson Sr, and his wife, Michelle, of Fairhope and their three children, Lyons Jr., Mary Michael and Bay; daughter, Bradley Anne Wimberly and her husband, Will, of Mobile and their two children, Penelope and Major; great-grandchildren, Michael Bennett and Colton Rhett; nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.

A mass of celebration will be held Saturday, Aug. 31, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. until mass.

Interment will follow the service at Montrose Cemetery.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her friend, as well as her home-health caregiver, Leeann Simmons.
