Carlton S. Creel, 79, of Foley, passed away Nov. 30, 2018.
Funeral service will be Friday, Dec. 7, 2018 at noon from Joy Tabernacle Church in Foley.
Military honors will be held at 2:30 p.m. from the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort.
