Carolyn Jean Brakefield, age 80, a longtime resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Brakefield.
Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Terri Richardson (Larry) of Alexander City, Alabama; son, Paul T. Brakefield (Michele) of Oneonta, Alabama; grandchildren, Christopher and Cody Richardson and Shelby Jean Brakefield; along with many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 2, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope.
The family will begin receiving friends at 1 until time of service.
Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, Fairhope, Children's Building Fund.
