Chamber hosts Flavors of the South event

ROBERTSDALE, Alabama — The Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Flavors of the South wine and food tasking event on Thursday, July 20.

Food and beverage vendors were on hand offering a sampling of what Central Baldwin has to offer. Presented by Central Baldwin Immediate Care & Family Practice, and The Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine Center at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center, the event also featured a silent auction and other prize drawings. The Chamber also hosted a showcase for small business and kicked of the 15 Guns, 15 Days raffle.

Twenty-three food and beverage vendors from throughout Baldwin County participated in the event, including Boudreaux’s Cajun Grill, Budweiser Busch Distributing Co. (Gold Sponsor), Café Acadiana, Coca Cola Bottling Company (Gold Sponsor), Derailed Diner, Foosackly’s, Frenchie’s Cajun Café, Half Shell Oyster House, Ivey’s Fine Dining, Kona Ice of Perdido Key (food truck outside), LA Barbecue & Catering, M&J Wines, Magnolia Blossom Café, Mama Lou’s, Mamma Mia! Pizzeria, Naman’s Catering, Piggly Wiggly (Diamond Sponsor), Rush Wine, Starbucks, The Little Cake Shoppe, Wolf Bay Lodge, Yummy’s Bakery & Café and Vitolli’s Pizzeria & Italian Eatery.
