Chita DuBose, 73, of Summerdale, passed away July 28, 2016.
Funeral services will be held Aug. 1, 2016 at 2 p.m. from Mack Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Wynn Cemetery, Summerdale.
A visitation will be held Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home.
