Don D. White, 77, beloved husband, father, Pawpaw and friend, passed away peacefully in his home on Aug. 8, 2019.
Don was born in the Elsanor community and was a lifelong resident of Baldwin County. He spent his life as a farmer, a caretaker of God's creation.
He worked over 20 years at the Robertsdale Feed Store where he developed lifelong friendships and relationships with families in the community.
Don was married to his wife, Diane, for 54 years and raised four children on their family farm.
Don will be most remembered for his strong faith in God, his love for his family and grandchildren, his hard work ethic and his endurance for never giving up through the trials and tribulations that life handed him. He shared God's love and word with all whom he encountered.
Don is survived by his wife, Diane White; children, Donna Hanenkrat (Mike), Dale Wilson (Steve), Daniel White (Heather), Deena Butler (Harry); grandchildren, Zachary, Rinoa, Andrew, Ethan and Desmond.
The memorial service will be announced once arrangements have been made.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Don White Memorial Fund.
