Dust off those dancing shoes and start practicing your Boogie Woogie, Jitterbug and Bunny Hop for a chance to win $500.

The Gulf Shores Lions Club will present its Annual 50s and 60s Dance Party Saturday, Feb. 29, from 7-11 p.m. at the Gulf Shores American Legion (6781 Gulf Shores Pkwy.) A night full of dancing, food and fun to raise money for local charities supported by the club.

Tickets are $20 each and include a spaghetti dinner, night of dancing and chance to dance your way to a $500 prize during the dance contest. Local dance aficionados Pat Crumby Rio Barlow and Cassie Fishbein will judge the contest.
