Elmore Griffin, age 84, a native of Baldwin County and a resident of Loxley, passed away Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018.
Mr. Griffin served in the United States Army and was a Korean veteran. He retired as a manager of Blossman Gas.
Mr. Griffin loved to play the harmonica and was a member of the Loxley Church of God. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Mr. Griffin was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Griffin; and is survived by his wife of 63 years, Evelyn Griffin of Loxley, Alabama; two daughters, Cindy Norville of Roswell, Georgia, Wendy (Jason) Krchak of Daphne, Alabama; son, Kenny (Debbie) Griffin of Daphne, Alabama; sister, Mary Louise Robinson of Loxley, Alabama; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Loxley Church of God.
Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery, Loxley, Alabama.
A visitation will be held Monday from 6 until 8 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home.
