Elsie Marie Novak Guarisco, age 95, passed away at her home on Wednesday, April 18th. She was a native of Silverhill, Alabama and a resident of Fairhope, Alabama.
Mrs. Guarisco retired after 40 years in nursing, specializing in coronary care with both Providence and Thomas hospitals prior to retirement.
Her husband, Anthony (Tony) Guarisco, preceded Mrs. Guarisco in death.
She is survived by her children, Deborrah Hadden, Beverly (Frank) Green, Charles (Ellen) Guarisco and Anthony Guarisco Jr.; one sister, Gladys Sutton of Foley; and one brother, John F. Novak of Crystal River, Florida. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
