Bay Minette Elementary School held their annual Family Night recently and used the occasion to inform parents and the community about the progress of the Leader In Me initiative. The Leader In Me model that the school is following seeks to develop leadership qualities in every student and give them opportunities to use those skills in a real-world way. Student leaders oversaw the program and they shined.
