Francis Donald Keegan, 87, of Elberta died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018.
He was preceded in death by wife, Shirley Joyce Keegan; and son, Francis Donald Keegan Jr.
Survivors include two daughters, Karen Biel (Allen Vachon) of Elberta and June Manfredi (husband, Chris Manfredi) of New York; four grandchildren, Janette Daley, Jason Biel (wife, Celeste), Ashley Manfredi and Christopher (wife, Kellie) Manfredi; two great-grandchildren, Jayden and Avery Biel.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date in New York.
