Magnolia Springs Garden Club begins program

On Thursday, Nov. 10, the Magnolia Springs Garden Club began the first phase of its Weed the Springs program. Volunteer members worked diligently during the day to clean up the planting beds at the entrance of the Springs Arboretum. Pictured from left to right are Elaine Slay, Lyndy Kouns, Marylou Miller, Reva Hinson, Elise Koberg who was the team leader, Regina Mullins and Linda Ingrim. The Magnolia Springs Garden Club has plans to continue working in the future to improve the overall aesthetics of the Springs.
