Pictured here, Earth Day Mobile Bay Planning Committee member David Spiess and Mayor Bob Holk. For years, Magnolia Springs signs a proclamation in support of Earth Day Mobile Bay, a tradition continued in 2019. Earth Day Mobile Bay is a nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping the celebration of Earth Day going, celebrating each year with an event held at the Fairhope Pier featuring music, food, and the chance for people to come together to see projects others have done for various conservation and environmental causes, as well as ask professionals questions on how they too can help. The event is free to attend, and this year will be held on Saturday, April 20 beginning at 10 a.m.
