Michael Eubanks "JW Slyde," age 69, resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018.
Michael spent most of his registered nursing career at several correction facilities in Alabama and California. He was a well-known musician in Mobile and Baldwin counties.
He is survived by his wife, Julia Paul Eubanks of Fairhope; sons, Joe (Shannon) Koen of Denver, Colorado, Thomas Michael (Toni) Eubanks of Fairhope; daughter, Makaila Eubanks of Fairhope; grandchildren, Peyton and Ruby Eubanks; sisters, Patricia Arrington, Kathy Eubanks, both of Huntsville; brother-in-law, Mike Paul of Fairhope; sister-in-law, Michelle Paul Wells of Fairhope; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope.
