FAIRHOPE -- The Mike Ford Tennis Center has been a very busy place with various activities for all ages. On March 23, around 35 kids, ages 7 to 18, took part in a cost-free Team Challenge event at the tennis center in Fairhope, AL.

Under the direction of tennis professional and tennis center manager Tomas Catar, the young people enjoyed an introduction to tennis competition in a low-pressure team environment to develop their skills through level-based play without an emphasis on instruction or results.

Net Generation is the United States Tennis Association’s youth brand, dedicated to welcoming millions of new players to the game by focusing empowerment, unity and play.
