Nellie Wavolene Clopton, age 79, a resident of Foley, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017.
Wavolene was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She was a member of Summerdale Methodist Church, and a member of the Eastern Star. She was very family oriented and loved her community.
Preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Ralph Clopton.
She is survived by her children, Tonya Clopton Hinton, Justin (Melanie) Clopton, both of Foley; grandchildren, Hannah and Haley Hinton, Cody Price, Jessica, Austin, Chelsea and Conner Clopton; sisters, Marie Smith of Samson, Alabama, Ethelene (Garland) Alford of McDonough, Georgia; brothers, Henry Miller, Gary Miller, both of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held from the First Baptist Church, Foley, Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 10 a.m.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to funeral service.
Interment will follow at Wynn Cemetery.
