One suspect is dead and another is in custody following a shooting near the roundabout in Fairhope at County Road 48 and 13.
Fairhope Police Sergeant Craig Sawyer confirmed via email that the shooting was an officer involved shooting but that all Fairhope officers were unharmed.
"At this time, there is no concern for public safety," Sawyer wrote.
