FOLEY, Alabama — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reported no fatalities on Baldwin County roads over the Christmas holiday weekend, but did report the death of a pedestrian on Thursday, Dec. 21, just prior to the beginning of the four-day period.

Christopher David Graham, 41, of Pensacola, Florida, was struck and killed at the 51.9 mile marker on I-10 near the Wilcox Road exit at approximately 3:08 a.m. Dec. 21, according to an ALEA report issued over the weekend. Graham and another male were walking west bound on the shoulder of I-10 toward Loxley after their vehicle became disabled.

Graham was struck in the roadway as he suddenly attempted to flag down a vehicle. The vehicle was a 2008 Dodge D-150 driven by Jose A. Nararet-Antonio, of Orlando, Florida. Dense fog in the area may have played a role.

No charges have been filed in connection with the early-morning crash as Troopers continue their investigation.
