You may be hearing the buzz around town about the smokehouse in The Square across from Rouse's Market. It is a quaint little shop inside but do not let the size of the shop fool you.

Brookman’s Smokehouse opened in September 2020 and is owned by husband-and-wife team, Richard and Amy Brookman. They offer a variety of smoked meats and fish daily. They also have smoked salmon spread and smoked yellowfin tuna dip.

All of items are first come first served. They sell out frequently, so they do recommend pre-ordering online a day ahead of time to make sure you get exactly what you want. They also offer convenient curbside pickup as well.
