During the town workshop on Tuesday, Dec. 8, the Town of Summerdale council decided to cancel this year's Christmas Parade due to lack of participation. The parade was originally scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 12 in downtown Summerdale.
Those who are interested in capturing a cute Christmas photo-op can do so at Summerdale Town Hall (located at 502 West Lee Avenue) during regular business hours. The inside of Town Hall has been decorated as a "winter wonderland" with multiple Christmas Trees decorated inside.
