FOLEY, Alabama — Two suspects are in custody and another remains at large after grand jury indictments were issued in a 2017 robbery and kidnapping incident in Foley.

Tydarrius Malik Mason, 21, and Antonio Antoine Walker, 19, were arrested Monday, March 4 by the U.S. Marshals Service and Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office deputies. Both are being held on robbery and kidnapping charges.

Warrants have been issued for a third suspect in the case, Leonard Jermaine Porter, 30. Porter is encouraged to turn himself in and anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office at 251-937-0202.

According to a release issued Tuesday by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, on Feb. 11, 2017, deputies responded to a call to a community swimming pool on Adams Circle in the Foley area of Baldwin County in reference to a robbery and kidnapping incident.

During the investigation it was determined that a juvenile female, conspired with three males to rob and kidnap two juvenile victims.

The juvenile female and both victims went to the community pool on Adams Circle just outside of Foley. While at the pool, three men arrived armed with long guns.

The suspects forced both victims to the ground and one victim was eventually tied to a post inside the pool area. The second victim was bound and placed into the trunk of a vehicle. The female and all three suspects then drove off with the victim in the trunk.

Deputies were called to the community pool and discovered the victim bound to a pole and began a search for the missing vehicle and second victim. They later found the stolen vehicle in the same area of the initial incident, and upon their approach observed the second victim exit the trunk.

That investigation has continued since it was first reported and a grand jury recently returned the indictment of all suspects on the charges of robbery in the first degree and kidnapping in the first degree.
