Ulderico Walter Marcucci, age 97, a native of Steubenville, Ohio and a resident of Daphne, Alabama, passed away peacefully at home with his family, Sunday, May 1, 2016.

Mr. Marcucci was a U.S. WW II veteran and was a participant of the Honor Flight to Washington.

He was a member of Christ the King Church.

He retired from Pietro Dr. Nova & Son in 1983 after 48 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Marcucci; and son-in-law, Val Ciancetta.

He is survived by his daughters, Ann Davis (Jim) of Tampa, Florida, Jeanette Ciancetta of Daphne and Linda Scott (Jack) of Portage, Indiana; five grandchildren, Jim Davis, Christine Ciancetta, Adrienne Ciancetta, Lauren Scott and Nick Scott.

A memorial mass will be celebrated Monday, May 9, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 10 a.m. until time of the mass.

Inurnment will follow in the Alabama State Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Christ the King Church, Daphne, Alabama.
