The Baldwin Humane Society is excited to announce the grand opening of UpTail Resale, a new boutique selling furniture and household goods. UpTail ReSale will offer donated upscale items lovingly curated to benefit the work of the Baldwin Humane Society.

Fairhope Mayor Karin Wilson will be on hand to cut a grand opening ribbon this Friday, Dec. 9, at 3:30 p.m.

The grand opening is 2-4 p.m.

Lisa Lansky, curator and store manager, has arrayed the store with holiday gift items and seasonal options. There is jewelry, crystal and other fine gifts. Alabama, LSU and Auburn college football gear and more things for men are available, too.

Everything is sold at terrifically low prices. There is an ever-changing inventory of great things so it’s always a good time to stop in and shop.

All sales benefit the pets in the care of the Baldwin Humane Society.

UpTail ReSale is located next door to Baldwin Humane at 22886 D U.S. Highway 98 in Fairhope. It is open every day except Sunday and Monday.

Established in 1979, the Baldwin County Humane Society is the only animal welfare organization serving all of Baldwin County. It is volunteer driven, and rely solely on donations and grants to provide our many services. With the generosity of the community, Baldwin Humane was able to affect the lives of more than 2,500 dogs and cats in 2015.

Baldwin Humane receives no government funding. The UpTail ReSale proceeds support the community and the work of the Baldwin Humane Society.
