Virginia Lee Jerkins, age 66, resident of Loxley, Alabama, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016.
She was a longtime member of First Christian Church, Robertsdale. She was the former owner/operator of the Bargain Barn in Robertsdale for 34 years.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Nicholas Cohron Jr.; and mother, Lieselotte Gertrud Cohron; and a sister, Mary Sue Cohron.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Lynn Jerkins of Loxley; daughters, Verlisa Dianna Campbell of Loxley and Tillisa Deanna Campbell of Robertsdale; sons, Ronald Nelson Campbell Jr. of Tyler, Alabama, Joshua Scott Campbell of Moss Point, Mississippi, Derek Ray Kolar, Darrell Lance Kolar and Daylan Nicholas Kolar, all of Robertsdale; grandchildren, Brittany Kaye Campbell, Jamie Leona Collier and Braiden Ronald Campbell; sisters, Margaret Dawson of Loxley and Donna Skipper of Fish River; brother, William Nicholas Cohron III of Mobile; stepmother, Emily Cohron of Robertsdale; four nieces and nephews; four great-nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Virginia's life will be held Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016 at 6 p.m. at First Christian Church, Robertsdale.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to First Christian Church, Robertsdale.
