Walter Max "Preacher" Stanley, age 88, a resident of Robertsdale, passed on April 28, 2018.
He is survived by his son, Brooks Stanley; daughter, Joanna S. Dyess and son-in-law, Bruce Dyess; two granddaughters, Brandi Dyess and Lindsay Dyess; brother, Donald Stanley; two sisters, Dorie S. Gay and Sara S. Winberry.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 11 a.m. from the Robertsdale United Methodist Church, with Rev. Jonathan Hart officiating.
A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10 a.m.
