Who’s ready for the 53rd Annual Trim A Tree?

FOLEY - For those who think ahead and for those who like to find last minute gifts for the holidays, Trim A Tree has it all.

The 53rd Annual Trim A Tree, sponsored by the nonprofit Foley Art Center, has announced it’s 2020 grand opening will be Friday, Nov. 13 at Tanger Outlets in Foley, Suite 182 (the same location the event was held last year). You can come in and browse works on display throughout the 3,800 square feet store. Trim A Tree will be open for six weeks, closing on Dec. 23.

Works from over 125 local artists and craftsmen will be on display and sold on consignment. Handmade items will include everything from ornaments, flora, wood carvings, polymer clay sculpture, jewelry, blown glass, textiles, cookbooks, and much more, making Trim A Tree your “one stop shop” for holiday gifts (or to treat yourself.)

Featured artists are members of the Foley Art Center. All profits help support local artists, as well as giving the opportunity to find personal, handcrafted items. The Art Center keeps 25% to pay employees, rent, and expenses, and the rest goes directly to the artist or craftsman.

Check Tanger Outlets for hours of operations. For more information, call the Foley Art Center at 251-943-4381, email foleytrimatree@gmail.com, and follow Foley Art Center on Facebook.
