William "Bill" Durall Dobbins III, 71, passed away Sunday, Oct. 15, 2017.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Daphne.
The family will receive friends at 10 a.m.
