Baldwin Pops performs Friday, Dec. 6

The Baldwin Pops Band will present three 'Tis the Season concerts in December. All concerts start at 7 p.m.

On Friday, Dec. 6, the band will perform at the Daphne Civic Center located at 2603 U.S. 98.

On Monday, Dec 9 the band will perform at the Foley Civic Center located at 407 E. Laurel Ave, Foley.

On Tuesday, Dec 10, 2019 the band will perform at the Gulf Shores Cultural Center located at 19470 Oak Road West, Gulf Shores.

Conductor Dr. Jason Rinehart will lead the band in presenting a lively and festive concert in Foley and Gulf Shores, with Wayne Fillingham conducting the Daphne concert.

“A Christmas Festival”, by Leroy Anderson

“The Drummer Boy's Bolero”, arranged by Julie Giroux

“Greensleeves”, arranged by Alfred Reed

“How the Grinch Stole Christmas”, by Albert Hague and Eugene Poddany

“I Wonder As I Wander,” arranged by Tom Wallace

“'Twas the Night Before Christmas,” arranged by Jack Bullock, narrated by Kenny Graves

Santa plans to drop in for a visit during the concert and pictures with Santa will be available for a $5 donation in the lobby during intermission.

A Toys for Tots representative from the U.S Marine Corps Reserve will be collecting new unwrapped toys from concert attendees who would like to contribute to this worthwhile program.

This concert is sponsored by the respective concert cities. In addition, the Baldwin Pops Band is sponsored by a grant from the Alabama State Council on the Arts.
