ROBERTSDALE, Alabama — U.S. Rep. Bradley Byrne (R-Alabama) met with about 50 residents Monday, May 6 during a Town Hall meeting at the Baldwin County Association of Realtors building in Robertsdale.

“I’m not here to give a speech,” Byrne said. “I am here to answer your questions and to try to help in any way that I can.”

Byrne fielded a variety of questions during the meeting, which lasted just over an hour, touching on subjects such as the national debt, the need for bipartisanship in Washington, international trade, media accountability, stopping cell phone robocalls, healthcare, tax reform, and the importance of the upcoming census.

“The best way for me to serve you is to listen to you and have meaningful discussions on what you care about,” Byrne said. “That’s what these meetings are all about.”
