Addison Kucera crowned Little Miss Honeybee

ROBERTSDALE, Alabama — Addison Elizabeth Kucera, daughter of Michael and Ashley Kucera of Silverhill, was crowned the 2017 Little Miss Honeybee Friday, Sept. 29 in the old gymnasium at Robertsdale High School.

A total of 23 contestants from all over Baldwin County competed for the title. Members of the Queen’s Court were Addison Lyles, Railey Black, Emme Kate Lynn, Caroline Taylor, Portia Hollis and Emma Kate Pavlista.

The proceeds from this year’s pageant will be used to purchase food for a school backpack program.

Sponsors were Racine’s Feed, Hub City Florist, Savoon Mamas Soaps, Bridget Hoffman door hangers, Alabama Plastic Surgery, Stephanie and Darlene of Lula Roe.

Special thanks to the Little Miss Honeybee board and Robertsdale High School JV cheeerleaders for helping put on the event; Robertsdale Elementary for the use of the facility and the Central Baldwin Education Foundation for approving and adding the pageant to be affiliated with the Honeybee Festival held Oct. 7 at Honeybee Park.
