PRATTVILLE, Ala. — The Baldwin County High School Tigers took part in the Cam Newton 7-on-7 competition, finishing in seventh place out of 22 teams. The Tigers went 6-3-1 in competition, losing each of three games by only one point.

Each team could field a 20-man roster for the competition, which took place at Prattville High School . The tournament featured round-robin play on Friday and Saturday to decide the championship series.

The top teams won monetary awards and the top two advanced to the fourth annual Cam Newton Foundation 7-on-7 High School Championship in Atlanta on July 14-15.
