Annie Lucile Blackmon Stewart, age 88, born in Rabun, Alabama to George Thomas and Sarah A. Stewart Blackmon, died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017 at North Baldwin Infirmary.
She was a retired machine operator at Mannor Slacks.
She is survived by her children, Larry Douglas (Rhonda) Stewart of Duluth, Georgia, Kathy Stewart Hollingsworth of Rabun and Kevin Lee (Brenda) Stewart of Bay Minette, Alabama; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Lee "Peanut" Stewart; a daughter, Karen Ann Stewart; a son-in-law, Buford Lee Hollingsworth; and three brothers, Elvie T. Blackmon, Virgil Blackmon and James V. Blackmon.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Vision Ministries Church of God, with Rev. Alan Blackmon and Sister Helen Stewart officiating.
Burial will follow at Dean Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017 from 6 until 9 p.m. at Vision Ministries Church of God.
