PENSACOLA, Florida — An inmate from the Loxley Work Release Center, who left an assigned job in Foley on Sunday, was recaptured Tuesday in Pensacola, according to a release issued by the Alabama Department of Corrections.

According to the release, Gregory Keth McClusky, 38, was taken into custody at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and ADOC.

McClusky, who had just 20 months left on a 15-year sentence, convicted in 2005 on first-degree burglary charges from Limestone County, was caught on surveillance tape, leaving from an assigned job at a Foley restaurant at approximately 9:10 p.m. on Sunday.
