Burrows "Buzz" Morley Jr. of Lillian, Alabama, formerly of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away Friday, July 21, 2017 at age 80.
The son of the late Julia (Kaufholz) and Burrows Morley Sr. was born Sept. 27, 1936 in Saginaw.
He was preceded by his wife, Margaret Jane Corbett.
Buzz retired from the marine electronics industry after many years of service.
He was an active member of the Morley Family Foundation Board of Trustees for 43 years. He was a member of the Lillian Optimist Club, enjoyed car racing and hockey games. He was very community minded, active community volunteer and an engaged philanthropist.
Surviving are his children and their spouses, Burrows Morley III and his wife, Christine, Chris and Liisa Morley, Chase and Linda Morley, Michael and Jennifer Morley, Julia Morley; six grandchildren, Parker, Lauren, Mitchell, Madeline, Nicholas and Brooklyn; his brother and his wife, Peter and Susanne Morley.
