Dana Jepson, Director of South Baldwin County Ecumenical Ministries was presented with a generous amount of food items donated by members of the Foley Woman’s Club for her organization’s Christmas food pantry at the Nov. 5 Club meeting. Dana spoke to the group explaining the various programs run by Ecumenical Ministries, including the Christmas sharing program, meals on wheels, food pantries and other areas of assistance given to residents in need in Baldwin County.

Lunch was served to members by the hostess committee and routine business of the Club was conducted by President Chris Anglin.

The Club’s Christmas luncheon was announced for Dec. 3 at the Gift Horse Restaurant at 11:30. Advance tickets will be on sale at the meeting for the annual Mad Hatters’ event which will be held on March 14 at the Foley Civic Center at 10 a.m. Tickets are $30 each. A theme of “In The Garden” was selected for next year’s fundraising event. For additional information contact Chris Anglin at 943-3443 or see Kelly Barrett at her Checkouts store location in Foley.
