As units were responding, an eyewitness provided information that the assailants were leaving the scene and provided a vehicle description. Patrol officers observed the suspected vehicle leaving the area and were able to stop the vehicle with the assistance of the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office and Gulf Shores Police Department.

Investigation revealed that Anthony Duane Kendrick (22 years of age of Foley), Justis Rea Kendrick (19 years of age of Foley), and Skyler T. Anthony and Justis Kendrick were arrested and were each charged with three counts of Robbery in the 1st Degree and one count each of Assault in the 2nd Degree.
