Frank E. Tremblay

Frank E. Tremblay, 71, passed away Oct. 10, 2019 following a brief illness.

Born in Ludlow, Massachusetts to the late Frank and Ellen (Birch) Tremblay, he moved to Orange Beach, Alabama in 1978 and was currently residing in Foley, Alabama.

He served in the Marine Corp as a combat engineer (1968-1970) with a tour in Vietnam in 1969.

Frank enjoyed fishing, hunting and NASCAR. He made many friends as an employee of Gulf Gate Lodge in Orange Beach, Alabama and Wolf Bay Lodge in Miflin, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish his memory three sisters, Margaret Black and Janelle Gigante of Orlando, Florida, Ellen Delay of Foley, Alabama; a brother, Raymond Tremblay, Acorn, Tennessee; two nieces, Margaret Ashley, Pensacola, Florida and Alyssa Tremblay of Lexington, Kentucky; a nephew, Ian Blaise (Sunnie) Tremblay stationed at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina; a grandniece, Crystal Ashley; and a great-grandnephew, Ronan Armitage. Frank will be missed by his former spouse, Janice Trembley of Foley, Alabama.

Private services were held at Pine Rest Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Foley, Alabama.
