FOLEY — The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce celebrated a ribbon cutting with a new
business, locally owned and operated, in Foley — The Brick Oven.
Located just across from OWA at 21040 Miflin Road, The Brick Oven is a local family pizzeria
with menu items that are custom made to order and cooked to perfection in, of course, a
wood-fired brick oven. Serving up dishes from the old-world-style brick oven, they offer a variety of starters, salads, specialty pizzas, build-your-own pizzas, calzones, and wood-fired sub
sandwiches. Using the finest and freshest ingredients, every dish is created from scratch. The
pizza dough is made fresh daily and the bread is baked in-house. You can order your pizza as
hand-tossed, Chicago deep dish, and even gluten-free cauliflower crust. From spicy plum
tomato sauce to garlic cream sauce, all types are homemade. The dessert options include
cannoli (made fresh-to-order), tiramisu, and hot apple pizza with your choice of caramel, vanilla
or chocolate drizzle on top. Are you hungry yet?
The Brick Oven provides a dine-in, carry-out, and delivery service (with Waitr, and soon delivery through Uber Eats). Restaurant hours are Tuesday - Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.;
Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and closed on Monday.
Weekly specials, happy hour specials, and discounts for Veterans, Teachers, and First
Responder are available.
