Summerdale Public Library’s Fall Festival

The Summerdale Marjorie Younce Snook Public Library held its Fall Festival on Thursday, Oct. 25. The young patrons were invited to partake in some “spooky” fun with Animal Tale’s Creepy Critters program, where the children were introduced to Osiris the Egyptian fruit bat, Charlotte the tarantula, Bob the boa constrictor, Cornflake the milk snake, along with other critters to put them in the spirit of the season, from rats to scorpions. Seasonal refreshments, including apple cider and candy corn, were served, and a costume contest was held.
