SUMMERDALE - The air is getting chillier, Thanksgiving dinner will soon be prepped, and before you know it Christmas carols will be drifting through the air. There’s nothing better than Summerdale’s 7th Annual Christmas Concert to get you into the holiday spirit. Come out on Sat., Nov. 23 to the Baldwin EMC building (19600 Highway 59) to enjoy an elegant evening of holiday music, refreshments, and family memories. The doors open at 5:30 p.m., concert begins at 6. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students, and can be purchased at United Bank in Summerdale, Summerdale Public Library, Summerdale Town Hall, or online at Eventbrite.com. All proceeds from the evening go to The Marjorie Younce Snook Public Library in Summerdale.
New and past fans alike will be treated to the musical talents of Victor and Megan Andzulis, Corey and Chandra McKern, Sewell Griffith alongside her daughter Ella, and more. This year marks a special performance by Summerdale’s very own Police Chief Kevin Brock and his daughter Holly! Enjoy performances including holiday favorites performed on piano, flute, viola, violin, and vocal solos, duets, and group performances.
